Rich was born a singleton here at Selmalda, sired by our Champion Ruger and from the beautiful Brindle, Harlem. Since birth Debbie worked very closely with Rich and they formed a perfect understanding of one another, a real bond. From a very early age Debbie and Rich attended local schools and churches as they strived to give back comfort and confidence to the community who perhaps are less fortunate than we are. At the tender age of 10 months Rich qualified as a Therapy Dog and has also given blood on several occassions at the local vets. Richs popularity has expanded and has worked with the local County Police Forces, represented Therapy Dogs Nationwide at Crufts and more recently was invited to London to help support the Members of Parliament. We were delighted when Derbyshire County Council produced a promotional video of Debbie and Rich demonstrating the excellent work they carry out in the local community. Rich has also been booked for film work throughout October and we are excited about seeing her on set! This pair are amazing to watch and Lesley and I are justifiably proud of all that they do.
